SHIPPING POLICY

We offer delivery throughout New Zealand and aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. We may hold your order if we are awaiting payment of an overdue invoice or if you’re a retail customer we may hold your order until we receive a payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we estimate that most orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days with an extra 1-2 business days if going to a rural address. There is often extra delays around peak times (Christmas).

Inter-Island Ticket South Island, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island, NZ Post 2-5 Business Days Less than 75.00 dollars:  $13.50

More than 75.00 dollars: $24.50


FRAGILE GOODS WAIVER
For items that are easily damaged during transport, we recommend that you open the package and inspect the goods within 24 hours of receipt, regardless of the condition of the packaging. This is crucial to ensure that the goods are received in good condition.

If you find that the goods have been damaged within 24 hours of receipt, please inform us immediately and provide photos of the damaged product.

We can then make a claim with the transporter and replace your goods. It is important that you keep the packaging so that the damaged goods can be repackaged and returned to us by the transporter.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in forfeit of replacement goods.
