RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Before returning any purchased items, please contact us first. Please do not simply return the goods. To request a credit and return of goods, please email us or call us at:

For items that arrived damaged, please refer to our Fragile Goods Waiver on the Delivery policy. If you follow the procedures outlined in the waiver, we can make a claim on the transporter and replace the damaged goods.

To arrange for replacement of the goods. We will arrange to collect the incorrect goods and ask that you package them back into the packaging they were supplied in. We will then supply a courier label for you to put on the package and let us know when ready so we can advise the courier to pick up.

If you change your mind about a standard product, we can credit back your goods as long as we receive them in new, saleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of freight.

For custom-made products, we are unable to credit back any goods. If you are unsure about our return policy, please contact us by email or phone to discuss.
