Hot Chocolate Recipe

Servings: 225ml

Ingredients

  • MILK METHOD:
  • 200ml Milk
  • 25G (3 teaspoons) Hot Chocolate Powder
  • Hot Chocolate Powder to Dust
  • WATER METHOD:
  • 50ml of Hot Water
  • 25g (3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder
  • Hot/Steamed Milk to Serve

Instructions

  • MILK METHOD:
  • Pour 200ml of Milk into a milk steaming/ frothing jug
  • Add 25g (3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder
  • Steam both Milk and Chocolate together until desired temperature is reached
  • Serve and dust with Chocolate Powder
  • WATER METHOD:
  • Add 25g (3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder to a mug/ cup
  • Add 50ml of Hot Water to Chocolate and stir until dissolved
  • Top with Hot/ Steamed Milk, stir and serve
