Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
- MILK METHOD:
- 200ml Milk
- 25G (3 teaspoons) Hot Chocolate Powder
- Hot Chocolate Powder to Dust
- WATER METHOD:
- 50ml of Hot Water
- 25g (3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder
- Hot/Steamed Milk to Serve
Instructions
- MILK METHOD:
- Pour 200ml of Milk into a milk steaming/ frothing jug
- Add 25g (3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder
- Steam both Milk and Chocolate together until desired temperature is reached
- Serve and dust with Chocolate Powder
- WATER METHOD:
- Add 25g (3 teaspoons) of Hot Chocolate Powder to a mug/ cup
- Add 50ml of Hot Water to Chocolate and stir until dissolved
- Top with Hot/ Steamed Milk, stir and serve
