Products & Packaging

How are Thirst products packaged?

All our powdered products are packed and sealed in quality foil bags, with the exception of our Supreme Drinking Chocolate which is packed and sealed in a printed cardboard box.

Our fresh fruit pulps are sealed in a plastic bottle with tamper-proof lid.

What is the product shelf life?

Normal shelf life from date of manufacture is 2 years.

We recommend storing in a dry environment, below 17 degrees celsius.

PRICING

Can I get better prices than those advertised?

Absolutely! If you can prove high
volume, then sign up online, and we will determine the best possible deal.

I have found a cheaper product similar, will you match the price?

Get in touch, we will verify and often we will match or beat competitor’s prices.

Blender

Can I get a free blender?

Yes! Sign up to become a customer, you will need to commit to purchasing a minimum amount of product and only use the blender for Thirst products. The blender is free on loan, meaning Thirst Beverages own the blender but provide it for use with our products.

What happens if I get a free blender and don’t reach the minimum spend?

We will invoice you for the blender at new price or you can return the blender.

My blender is broken, what do I do?

North Island Thirst SWAP system – We will dispatch an urgent replacement blender (free of charge) and a return courier ticket – we just ask that you return the faulty blender on receiving the replacement.
